If you need to cancel your daycare reservation—there will be no charge if cancelled 1 day prior.
If you need to cancel your boarding reservation—we will issue a full refund 10 days prior to start date, 50% refund 5 days prior to start date. StellaDoggo reserves the right to charge late cancellation fees for repeat cancellations.
I am currently out of the office on vacation and will return on August 24.
Reservation requests will be addressed as soon as possible. All other inquiries will be responded to upon my return.
Daycare and boarding are still available during this time.
