Please reach us at woof@stelladoggo.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
At StellaDoggo, the safety and well-being of all pets in our care are our foremost priorities. We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for every dog. To uphold these standards, any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior will not be permitted to join our pack. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet whose behavior may pose a risk to their own safety, the safety of other pets, or our staff. For additional details, please refer to our services agreement.
We require each dog coming into our facility to have updated Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccines. Each owner must provide a recent copy of vaccine records from a licensed veterinarian prior to attending StellaDoggo.
Once your dog has been accepted into our pack, you may proceed to the "Playcare Reservations" tab to begin scheduling your reservations. We will work with you to develop a tailored schedule that supports your dog's success. Even after your dog passes their initial evaluation, we will continuously monitor their behavior and promptly communicate any concerns we may observe. Our primary goal is to ensure every dog’s success and well-being during their time with us.
No, you must submit a reservation on our website before attending daycare or boarding. Once we receive your reservation, we will add your doggo to our calendar, send you a confirmation, and you will be all set. Please try to submit your chosen reservations by the end of each Friday for your best chance at securing a spot the following week, as we fill up quickly and cannot accept more than 15 dogs per day.
Nope! As long as your pup passes our evaluation process and is fully vaccinated, they are welcome to stay for boarding. Since boarding dogs hang out with the daycare crew during their stay, they will go through the same eval process to be accepted. Although we do require a minimum of 1 full daycare day prior to your doggo's boarding stay to get them acclimated and familiar with the environment if they are a new client.
Your dog will spend as much time outdoors as possible throughout the day. We understand that dogs have varying tolerances to different weather conditions, so on days with inclement weather, we provide indoor playgroups with climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. Our team is familiar with the individual needs of each dog, ensuring that they are always in an environment that suits their comfort and well-being.
As a small business, please note that we will be closed for staff vacation from June 30th to July 6th for both boarding and daycare. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out. If you are in need of boarding during this time, please contact us, and we can explore in-home options with staff availability.
