At StellaDoggo safety is always our main priority. We strongly believe each dog is entitled to a safe and comfortable environment while at our facility. Any dog that shows traits of aggression is not allowed in our pack for the safety of all involved. We reserve the right to turn down any pet if we determine their behavior could jeopardize the safety of itself, other pets, or staff. Please refer to our services agreement.  

We require each dog coming into our facility to have updated Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccines. Each owner must provide a recent copy of vaccine records from a licensed veterinarian prior to attending StellaDoggo. 

Once your doggo is accepted into our pack, you are free to jump over to the "Playcare Reservations" tab and start scheduling your reservations. We will help you create a schedule that we believe will best help your pup succeed. Even once your doggo passes their initial evaluation we will always be monitoring their behavior and reporting back to you if we notice any concerns. Our main goal is to set every dog up for success.

No, you must submit a reservation on our website before attending daycare or boarding. Once we receive your reservation, we will add your doggo to our calendar, send you a confirmation, and you will be all set. Please try to submit your chosen reservations by the end of each Friday for your best chance at securing a spot the following week, as we fill up quickly and cannot accept more than 15 dogs per day.

Nope! As long as your pup passes our evaluation process and is fully vaccinated, they are welcome to stay for boarding. Since boarding dogs hang out with the daycare crew during their stay, they will go through the same eval process to be accepted. Although we do require a minimum of 3 daycare days prior to your doggo's boarding stay to get them acclimated and familiar with the environment if they are a new client. 

Your doggo will be outside throughout the day as much as possible. We understand dogs have different tolerances to specific weather. For bad weather days, we offer inside play groups with A/C and heating systems. We know our dogs well and are able to offer each dog the climate that they need.
