Evaluations

 Our evaluation process lasts for 3 hours, during which we gain a thorough understanding of each dog and assess whether they'll be a good fit for our pack. Dogs that thrive in our facility are typically those who enjoy being around groups of up to 15 dogs and can comfortably adapt to a busy environment. We welcome all dogs for evaluation, regardless of breed, size, age, or spay/neuter status. If we determine that your dog isn't the right fit for our pack, please know there are no hard feelings. Due to a high number of no-shows, we require a $15 deposit to book all evaluation appointments. This fee helps ensure our team’s time is respected and allows us to continue offering one-on-one evaluations for each new dog.

No-Show Policy for Evaluations
Our evaluation appointments are an important part of welcoming new dogs into our daycare. If you miss your scheduled evaluation without notice, we will not be able to reschedule. These spots are limited and our team sets aside dedicated time for each dog—we ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. Thank you for your understanding!
