How to Enroll - Playcare or Boarding

Please review our Services Agreement, complete the Pet Profile Form, and submit a recent copy of vaccine records to enroll. Stop by the Doggo (1721 Main Street, Tewksbury) if you need hard copies. You can drop off completed forms or email to woof@stelladoggo.com with the inquiry below.

Once we receive your inquiry and completed forms, we'll reach out to schedule a half-day Play Style Evaluation and talk about your schedule. We're flexible -- we want what's best for you and your dog.

Evaluations

Our evaluation process is 3 hours long. During these 3 hours, we are able to get an understanding of each doggo and if they will be a good fit for our pack. Dogs that are a good fit for our facility are generally pups who are able to enjoy being around groups of up to 15 dogs and can handle the busy environment. We will accept any dog for an evaluation -- no matter breed, size, age, or spay/neuter status. No hard feelings if we determine we are unable to accept your dog into our pack.
